HWOM with Paul Kennedy. The ups and downs of greenkeeping.

Stu is joined for another turf chat but Paul Kennedy. Currently course manager at Dartford golf club Paul has worked in the industry since the early nineties in a variety of roles. A huge part of Pauls career was spent at the prestigious London club in Kent. Paul talks us through "grow ins" along with an insight into the life of an irrigation technician. Paul is honest enough to share some of his tougher times in the industry and brave enough to talk us through a time when he seriously considered leaving the game all together. Thankfully he didn't and has found a new lead of life in his new role at Dartford.  The chat also includes a great insight into the life of a turfie away from the golf course.
