Marquino Douglas, director of Leadership Empowerment Center, along with freshmen college student Cameron Cobb describe the hardships of living in an underserved community in Memphis. Both Marquino and Cameron have discovered how the training and environment of LEC brings a resolution to youth's problems by meeting their spiritual, academic, and social needs.
