In the past, Howie's stance on a Biden Impeachment was practical. We don't have the votes, so it isn't worth our time. However, as more and more of Crime Family doings comes to light, Howie is edging toward the just-do-it mindset. An impeachment always draws public attention to the alleged crime, so maybe it IS time.
