How we can appreciate our slow days

<p>As life gets hectic and as we have to fulfill our responsibilities to ourselves and the people around us. We struggle to live up to people's expectations and even our own. We strive to live life as much as we can juggling one thing after the other thinking that slowing down will stunt our growth and progress. The truth is, slowing down gives us the opportunity to take a step back and look at how far we've come, and also just plainly exist in a world that tells you to keep going until you break. Appreciate the time you have to slow down and just have the moment to enjoy your time. </p>
