How to tell a loved one that their comments hurt? (Sakshi)

<p data-pm-slice="0 0 []">In today's episode of the #TheHabitCoach podcast, Ashdin is asked by Sakshi for a solution to how to tell a loved one that their comments hurt, especially when the loved one is your mom. She further asks how to stop being impacted by them and how can she make her relationship and interactions better.</p><p>Ashdin shares that the first and foremost thing to do is to show compassion, educate them on how to interact with you and don't be confrontational. He also suggests that one should try and understand why are they getting hurt whenever they are asked certain kinds of questions and also communicate their boundaries to them.
