Description

*NOTE: I bought my Nakamichi 550 in 1976 from Harvey Electronics on 45th Street. I went there with Barry Finnerty he bought one too but his is long gone. We paid $550 bucks cash for each unit. They didn't call it Nakamichi 550 for nothing - that was the price in 1976 dollars. I still record on my NAK today --
Pressing The Red Button
https://hammondcast.livejournal.com/tag/cable%20tv%20show
I'm pressing the Red Record button on my Nakamichi 550, connected to 3 Sennheiser microphones - Left Right and "Blend" channels - the Nak is sitting on top of my BIll Beer Keyboard Products Leslie Speaker connected to my 1959 Hammond B3 organ in The Ellington Room session - Jon Hammond - B3 organ
Joe Berger electric guitar

Chuggy Carter congas & percussion

Ray Grappone drums

Todd Anderson tenor saxophone Selmer MK VI
#Nakamichi
#nakamichi550
#redrecordbutton
#recording
#sennheiser
#lesliespeaker
#ellingtonroom

#electronics

#cassette
Jon Hammond Band
