<p>About the guest:</p> <p>Splitting time among Colorado, California and the East Coast, I am a certified Master Integrative Life Coach, Certified Leader and Holistic Health Lifestyle Coach, as well as a Healing Your Heart, Empowered Parent, Bigger Better Braver, Courage, Reinvention and Boundary Coach. I am also a senior mentor and head of mentor training at the Ford Institute and Levin Life Coach Academy. I am the author of the international best-selling book, Bigger Better Braver: Conquer your fears, Embrace your courage, Transform your life. I offer a digital course and an online- zoom coaching course featuring my book. Prior to my work as a coach, I operated as owner and founder a personal training gym for sixteen years, so I know what it takes to help people achieve big goals. I hold multiple personal training certifications and have focused on health and wellness for almost 20 years. I am a melanoma survivor and have served on the Board of the Susan G. Komen foundation in Aspen. My path toward coach was a natural evolution—I have a BS in Psychology and an MS in Education. I live by example. In 2017, I traveled alone in Thailand and Vietnam and undertook my biggest challenge, climbing Kilimanjaro at the age of 61. Coaching others to step out of fear and into bigger versions of themselves is my passion. I am the mother of two grown sons and an active grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren. I am an avid hiker, biker, skier, yogi and pickleball player.
