How to Get Planned AF for 2021

<p>Today's episode is going to be about planning for your year. If you haven't set goals and you haven't figured out how you're going to achieve them yet for 2021 in your business, please don't beat yourself up about this. We talk about years as though they are these 12-month commitments and we have to hit a goal within these 12 months. And it's really not like that. It doesn't really matter that the calendar year changes over. I want you to understand that whenever you decide to make your business happen is a great time to make your business happen.<br /> So the good thing is that there's always time to do this work. Today I want to talk about how you call your shot, how you even begin to start making a plan to reach your goals, these really high-level conversations here. I want you to know that we go into detail about this inside of <a href= "https://www.facebook.com/groups/coachwithallison"><span style= "font-weight: 400;">empowered and free, which is my free Facebook community</span></a> We are having a lot of conversations this month about planning and about what your year is going to look like, what your quarter one is going to look like, and really how to do this so that you're not just talking about numbers and you don't actually have a way to reach the goal.<br /> The first thing is knowing how much you want to make each month or for the year, and then breaking it down to each month. So this is really, really important because you can take a number and then reverse engineer how you're going to hit that number. That's the first thing that I would suggest to pick a revenue goal. The second thing that I think will be really, really helpful that a lot of people don't do is to give that number and importance. So I don't like to use the phrase your why, if you've been here for a while you’ve heard me talk about this.
