<p>When I started my start-up projects, I had to define my persona, it means "who is my typical customer".</p> <p>I got this technique from a mentor in Silicon Valley who works in the start-up world.</p> <p>It's a really simple technique, and really anyone can implement it.</p> <p>Choose one person to conduct the interview. Close your eyes and imagine yourself as your typical customer, choose a name, a marital and family situation, a job.</p> <p>You will describe a typical week, your habits practically hour by hour.
