How to Create a More Fulfilling Life

When I turned 30, I had a mini freak out and started asking myself a bunch of questions. Why do I still hate my job? Why aren’t my relationships going the way I want? What’s my purpose? And while I give myself an immense amount of grace during this time, I realized I wasn’t asking myself the correct question. I should’ve been asking myself: how do I live a more fulfilling life through the lens of jobs, relationships, etc? For the past 10 months, I’ve been intentionally focusing on how to create more fulfillment through dissecting what it means to be fulfilled (because none of us learn this when we’re growing up), and where the disconnect was rooted in not feeling fulfilled.
