How to always have POSITIVE motivation to achieve all your dreams!

<p>Today we're going to be talking about how you can always have positive motivation to achieve all of your dreams. This is important because I know many people (including myself) who can't seem to stay motivated—and that's unfortunate. But it doesn't have to be this way!</p> <p>I've spent a lot of time thinking about what motivates people, and I've realized that there are two main ways: extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivation is when you do something because someone else tells you it's good or important, but intrinsic motivation comes from within yourself.
