She started as an advertising account executive before getting her real estate license in 2004. Her sales experience helped her hit the ground running - she sold 17 properties her first year! 🏡</p> <p>📈 Maria then grew her business rapidly, closing ~38 transactions in year two. She became the "queen of expired listings", attracting investors and selling them buildings for adaptive reuse. When that slowed down, she pivoted into other opportunities.</p> <p>👩‍💼 In 2013, Maria bought a REMAX franchise and opened her own brokerage.
