<p>Yodhin sits down with Roshan Miranda, a social entrepreneur at Petronas, activist, candidate of Masters of Public Policy at University Malaya. </p> <p> </p> <p>Roshan's thesis focuses on a Relationship Framework Agreement (RFA) between CSOs, NGOs and the Federal Govt to reduce and prevent suicides in Malaysia. He's taken inspiration of this framework from foreign countries and argues for a trial basis to be done in Malaysia. </p> <p> </p> <p>The RFA essentially details the 4W 1H on these two fundamentally different groups can work together to achieve mutual goals and objectives in an effective and accountable way. </p> <p> </p> <p>They discuss the feasibility and even examples of how this can be implemented. </p>
