How fear drives behavior in business

<p>Most of us don't know it, but we're subconsciously limited by multiple fears. There is the fear of putting ourselves out there for scrutiny, the fear of how our colleagues (past and present) view us, and the fear of failure. Oh, and there's the fear of success, too.</p><p>These fears can be debilitating.</p><p>In this episode, I want to address five fears that I encounter in my work with entrepreneurs. These are women who work in the online space and are often just getting started.
