How do you tell if you’re happy?

<p>When you stop to think about it it is an interesting question. How do you KNOW you're happy? Are you sure? </p> <p>I asked Dr. Bob Choat, Stewart Wiggins and Dr Cole Galloway how they tell if they are happy. We enjoyed a great conversation about happiness.
