Holiday Hiatus: Merry Crisis & Happy Helldays

<p>Hello there survivors and thrivers! Sarah here dropping in to say Merry crisis and Happy Helldays! No need to panic, but there’s no episode this week!</p><p>In an effort to practice what we preach in normalizing rest, Dana and I are taking this week off. We’re just trying to make it through the holidays despite omicron rearing it’s ugly ass head, crippling depression and my apartment burning to the ground. Yeah, that happened. But more on that next week.</p><p>We know we aren’t alone in our struggles right now. The holidays look different this year and life is just fucking hard. So, instead of taking this time to listen to our voices in your ear holes, we want to encourage you to join us in reflecting on 2021, and setting some intentions for the new year. Like, really take the time to practice gratitude, journal, vision board and call the people who mean the world to you.
