<p>HIGH WIND WARNING 11AM TO 7 PM Today a low-pressure system will tighten over northeast CO resulting in gusty southeast winds, blowing dust and some later afternoon, evening, and evening showers and storms.   Tomorrow the low lifts northeast into central SD and eastern ND, thus we can expect dry conditions with breezy west-northwest winds and colder temperatures on the backside.    Another trough swings through Thursday and Friday continuing colder temps, could see some light rain and snow showers early Friday morning.  Morning frost and freeze possible Friday and Saturday.  Over the weekend and upper-level ridge and northwest flow returns with mild 70-degree temperatures and dry conditions. </p>
