Hawaii wildfire deaths reach 106

The number of people killed in the Hawaii wildfires climbs to 106; more than 1,300 are still missing. Niger's military junta says it is open to talks to resolve the crisis triggered by last month's coup. At least 50 people are injured in Japan due to impacts from Tropical Storm Lan.
