<p>The COVID-19 pandemic threw a gigantic wrench into supply chains across the globe, prompting a public push to buy local that remains to this day. Many of us also left our offices and learned to work from home.</p> <p>But with vaccinations underway and a sense of normalcy starting to return, many wonder will this all last?
