David Bellamy is an innovator, advisor, and speaker on organizational culture and employee well-being. His current work involves the Happiness Lab – a tool that helps companies understand and improve their cultures and provides a mechanism for monitoring and safeguarding the well-being of their employees. David is also a Director and Trustee of the Churn Project, a community-based charity supporting the most vulnerable and marginalized people in his community.
