<p>Sue is the woman behind Antihill Kitchen based out of Mukushi, Zambia, where she runs a farm with her husband. Sue has always been interested in food, but it was only when she had to face certain health challenges for herself and her kids, that she really started paying attention to how the foods she ate affected her health. As such, she started researching and developing new products with their farm produce, which resulted in Green Banana Flour, which has just launched on the local Zambian market.</p>
