<p class="p1">Great agents thrive in ALL markets… because they adapt and change to the environment in which they find themselves. After 34 years in Atlanta real estate, I can emphatically state that is absolutely the truth.</p> <p class="p1">“There are no homes for sale!” Well, sales are at an all-time high… so some agents are doing just fine.</p> <p class="p1">“I can’t win these multiple offer situations.” Interesting… because somebody is winning the offer.</p> <p class="p1">“Nobody wants to list because they can’t find the next house.” Fun fact… listing inventory has been climbing over the past 30 days.</p> <p class="p1">Great agents don’t sit around whining and making excuses… they adapt and they change.</p> <p class="p1">But… HOW do they adapt and HOW are they changing?</p>
