Gov. Greg Abbott address Convention of States Team

<p>On the day that our Article V resolution was pre-filed, Texas Governor Greg Abbott spoke to an auditorium of about 300 volunteers for Convention of States. Later Abbott would make Convention of States a piece of his priority agenda, paving the way for Texas to become the 11th state to pass our Article V resolution.</p>
