Description
Our study turns to Luke 23 with Dr. Mitchell. Now the Jewish leaders take Jesus to the civil court to stand before Pilate, the governor of Judea. Here, the question becomes, “What evil has He done?” In this court, the issue is not the Person of our Lord, but the character of Christ. What evil has He done? Is He really a criminal against Rome? When Pilate asked Jesus If He was the King of the Jews, the Savior told Pilate, “It is as you say”, in other words, “Yes, You said it”. When Pilate found that Jesus was a Galilean, he sent Him to Herod who was in town that day. It is noteworthy that our Lord Jesus Christ unites His enemies against Him and unites believers to Him. Let’s turn to Luke 23 with Dr. Mitchell on the Unchanging Word Bible Broadcast. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/unchanging-word/message
