<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Kaitlyn Carlson is the Founder & CEO of Theory Planning Partners, a concierge financial advisory firm tailored to elevating the missions and passions of 7-figure female entrepreneurs. After cutting her teeth in asset management, Kaitlyn spent the majority of her career at UBS Financial Services, holding roles in both the South and Northeast regions of the USA, where she developed more than 300 financial plans for clients with assets ranging from $500,000 to $1 billion. Subsequently, she became an advisor on a private wealth management team that managed over $600 million for a few dozen families.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Despite her success at UBS, Kaitlyn grew all too familiar with the drawbacks of a male-dominated finance industry and felt compelled to branch out and specifically support the unique entrepreneurial and financial challenges female business owners face. She's learned from her own experience as a woman in business that transcending limiting beliefs, building confidence, and intentionally stepping out of one's comfort zone is essential to the success of any company, and she made it her mission to help untangle the complicated web of building personal wealth alongside the growth of a thriving company.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Outside of work, Kaitlyn is a spiritual seeker ravenous to understand why we are here and how to forge a meaningful life.
