Her passion for driving impact, consistent desire to enhance the lives of others, while fostering great community relations, and building team spirit has contributed to a vast professional portfolio with an emphasis on results and a heart for change.<br> <br> Olivia is the Founding Executive Director of Women of Destiny, Ja - a non-profit organization that fosters safe haven for marginalized women- as she helps women unearth their God-given purpose so they manifest an impactful life.<br> Olivia has over 6 years' experience serving as a Community Development Practitioner, which has positioned her to guide and help others building sustainable and impactful community organizations. Her area of focus is Women Development, Women &amp; Gender Issues, and Social Entrepreneurship.<br> <br> Olivia holds a Graduate Certificate from George Mason University (USA) in Executive &amp; Community Leadership which she earned as a Community Solutions Fellow (2019) and a Bachelors of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Technology, Jamaica. Olivia has received several awards for her dedication and involvement in Community Development and her Transformational Leadership, including The Jamaica Gleaner’s Distinguished Woman in Volunteerism (2018) and Prime Minister’s Youth Award for Outstanding Service (2017).</p> <p>She has shared her journey with us on how she overcame suicidal thoughts, committing abortion, heartbreak to now being a Transformational Coach.
