Garda Numbers At Lowest Level Since 2020

The latest figures published by the Department of Justice show there were 305 Gardaí stationed in Clare in March. Clare Independent TD Violet Anne Wynne raised the reduction in numbers with Junior Justice Minister James Brown this week, in the context of an escalation of Anti-Social behaviour in the Brú na Sionna Estate in Shannon.
