<p>In April of 2014, as armed federal agents had surrounded the home of Cliven Bundy, Elizabeth Dougherty spoke to son Dave Bundy.  He described the situation outside their doors as we tried to understand why the feds had taken such a heavy-handed approach with their family. <br /> <br /> Accoding to the Salt Lake City Tribune... <em>"David Bundy was, however, with his family in Nevada in 2014 when Cliven Bundy's dispute with the Bureau of Land Management bubbled up into the standoff with federal agents...
