From the Vault: Carly Sorenson | Recovered: Interviews With Alcoholic Women | A Podcast from The Magdalen House

<p>In honor of Carly's sobriety birthday we have released her episode of Recovered from The Vault! Carly paints a picture of what the hopelessness and futility looked like in her drinking. Her alcoholism takes her to a place where she was unable to walk, take care of herself, and ends up in the hospital near death's door. Little did she know that she would soon find recovery and put in a place where her story would be used to help others and she would find herself in a career where she gets to work with struggling alcoholics everyday. Today Carly has a ton of friends, strong relationships, is having fun as a single woman for the first time, and experiencing the promises of a program.
