From the couch to a 5K with Alex Maycock

<p>On today's episode we are joined by Alex Maycock.  Alex has a BPHE (hons) and  is currently doing his masters of science in Kinesiology at Nippsing University with a focus on  Exercise and Environmental Physiology.  Alex is an elite cross country ski racer and runs cross country for Nissising University.  He has represented Canada at the 2019 games and will be representing Canada at the 2021 world FISU  games which are the world games for university students.
