Freeport Regional Water 3-10-22

<p>The Freeport Regional Water Authority (FRWA) was created in February 2002 by a Joint Powers Agreement of Sacramento County Water Agency (SCWA) and East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD). FRWA guided the financing, ownership, development, construction, of the Freeport Regional Water Project (FRWP), and continues to manage the ongoing operations of the FRWP.</p>
