<p>Formerly Convicted Murderer, Norman 3x Butler actually sues the City and State of New York. Butler actually has the nerve to refer to himself as &quot;innocent&quot; knowing full and well his roll in the shooting and murder of Benjamin Brown , and his reputation as a Nation of Islam &quot;enforcer&quot; back in the early and mid 1960s. Butler never addresses his role in the Benjamin Brown murder. Butler&apos;s supporters like Abdur-Rahman Muhammad (Netflix Documentary), never addresses Butler&apos;s role in the Benjamin Brown case nor his foul actions during around the time of Malcolm&apos;s Assassination .  Butler is seeking anywhere between $20 to $40 million from both the city and state of New York.<br/><br/><br/></p>
