FF 132 - From Prisoner to Professor with Aaron Kinzel

<p>On today's episode of Felony Friday host John Odermatt is joined by Aaron Kinzel. Aaron is a professor at the University of Michigan, a criminal justice reform advocate, and a formerly incarcerated individual. Aaron spent several months in juvenile detention facilities during his youth and nearly ten years straight in adult prisons.</p> <p>Upon release from prison Aaron was able to leave the life of crime that he led as a young teenager behind. Aaron chose to pursue a future in higher education and community engagement to create safe neighborhoods and to assist the formerly incarcerated to become productive and law-abiding citizens.</p>
