Lisa spoke about the upcoming pregnancy retreat that she will be running this weekend that is set set to take place in Shannon Estaury Retreat in Ballynacally. She discussed the retreat which will focus on birth preparation and ensuring that the pregnant women in attendance feel nourished and relaxed. She also described the various activities that will be taking place throughout the course of the class. Lisa promised the retreat to be a phenomenal experience for first time mothers.
