Ethiopia Ready to Resume Nile Dam Negotiations 

Ethiopia says it is ready to resume tripartite negotiations with Egypt and Sudan to resolve outstanding issues regarding the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam. <br />State Minister for Foreign Affairs Mesganu Arga made the comments during talks with the US special envoy for the Horn of Africa, Mike Hammer. <br />Ambassador Mesganu says Ethiopia is ready to resume the tripartite negotiations under the auspices of the AU.
