Episode #96 Sports Talk - I've Stopped Triathlon Training

<p>I was really hoping I was able to keep going with my triathlon training but unfortunately it was just bad timing for me and my shins.</p> <p>All of 2021 I struggle with running because of my Shins and I couldn't figure out what was causing the issue. I didn't know if it was the way I ran or what but it was frustrating.</p> <p>Then I kept getting multiple issues with the bike I had and because the repair shops take so long to get into I just figured that this wasn't the right time for me to be focusing on the triathlon.</p>
