EPISODE 88 SPARTAN JACKSONVILLE SPRINT COVID EDITION!

<p>On this episode my friend Michael Roberson and I talk about the Jacksonville, Florida&nbsp; Spartan Sprint and Trail race. This is the first Spartan race during Covid-19 Pandemic and we go over all the changes and safety precautions that took place. I feel like Spartan did a great job on putting on this event and we had a good experience running the course.&nbsp; I recorded this on the way home because we didn't have any other time to record so I apologize for the road noise in the background.</p>
