<p>Dr. Brene’ Brown defines “connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”</p> <p>In the May 2021 Indiana 4-H Clover Call, Ashley Shufflebarger, Marion County 4-H Youth Development Extension Educator, talks with youth and adult participants about their experiences in the 4-H Program.
