<p>One question we probably get more than any other right now is “Do you think the housing market is going to crash?” With inflation remaining high, and the stock market continuing to see a lot of volatility there has been no shortage of speculation that the real estate market is going to be the next domino to fall. Real estate has been on a historic run of appreciation over the last couple of years and at some point that does have to slow down, but in spite of the fact that it makes for good click bait, it doesn’t mean a real estate crash is what’s to come. What looks much more likely to happen is a shifting market from a sellers market to a more neutral market, and with time we see a shift back into a buyers market.
