Episode 53 - Tashi | Being given up on & left to die...

<p>This is episode 53 of The Betar Project with special guest Tashi.   </p><p>From just the age of 5 years old Tashi has been fighting a battle with her Mental Health. From self harming at 7 years old &quot;Just to feel something&quot; or at 18 years old being 27kg with organ failure which doctors then gave up and left her to die as there was &quot;Nothing more they could do for her&quot;. Luckily for Tashi her amazing father stepped in and helped her in recovery which yes wasn&apos;t all sunshine and rainbows.  </p><p>Now at the age of 26 Tashi is now learning to actually live life. Now having a job working in a supplement shop, she actually just had her first normal Christmas and she is killing it in the gym which is amazing to see.  </p><p>I know so many people will be able to relate to this story and struggles which is why I had to get her on. I am so grateful she agreed to come on, as I know it takes a lot of courage to open up and share your story.
