For undergraduate education, Dr. Ruef received a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and cell biology with a minor in cognitive neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego. She has been a clinical educator for Precision Analytical, makers of the DUTCH Test since 2019, and she spends most of her time educating on how urine testing can improve the field of women’s and men’s health.
