She has had to fight her fair share of mental health struggles and even attempted to take her own life. Today, she claims her gratitude to the unsuccessful attempt and has began advocating mental health. Amy has a targeted plan to compete in pageants all across Canada while using her story to spread mental health awareness. She has a plan of action which is exactly what the mental health world needs.
