EPISODE 41: “NO MORE” FEAT. CERTIFIED LIFE COACH ROBYN MOORE

This woman of faith came to know Christ at an early age but as a teenager found her life stifled by negative inner self talk. She recalls constantly telling herself, “you are not loveable.” This inner toxicity plagued her life with suffocating anxiety and depression until one day she decided she wanted MORE out of life. For over 15 years, Robyn tried therapy, self-help books, and medication. Though it helped, none of it really worked to help her create the life of peace and calm that she wanted. It wasn’t until she decided that she could tell herself a different story that everything changed.</p> <p>Today, Robyn lives free from eleven prescription medications, and has lost 70 pounds. &nbsp;She also lives free from the crippling depression and the nagging anxiety. She proudly boasts about wanting the same for everyone she encounters. She goes on to say that she has dedicated her life to helping other women overcome so they can live out their birthright of freedom, peace, joy and fulfillment without taking 15 years to get there. This woman of faith is also an outdoor enthusiast, a single Mom to an amazing boy she adopted at birth, as well as a Certified Life Coach, Speaker, Mentor and Overcomer.</p> <p><strong>This episode is A DOSE OF HOPE FULL and explains what it takes to decide NO MORE!
