Episode 4: How we suffer - the 2nd arrow....

<p>When I sat down to record this one, I didn't really know that it would be a tribute ... but it is...</p> <p>This episode is a tribute to my Father In Law Pete Jackson... We miss you so much.&nbsp;</p> <p>This episode is also helping us with choosing to suffer more, or choosing to live, it is a choice, a choice that is not so easy to see when we are in the midst of a life event.</p> <p>Trust me, I have been great at choosing to suffer so well!!!
