<p>This week, Gary is joined by Angelo Lyall, VP of Business Development at Canada Rubber. &nbsp;Together, they explore the way the Covid pandemic has affected the workforce, and what changes they expect to see as we move forward in 2021 and 2022. &nbsp;Angelo speaks about the surprising shift he experienced in his position, with more of a focus on being sensitive to other people’s mental state vs. solely their job productivity. &nbsp;With factories and workplaces open throughout the pandemic, he was able to create a place where people could keep a sense of community and take their mind off other problems. &nbsp;Angelo and Gary also reflect on the differences in response to the pandemic between Canada and the United States, and how that has affected the countries’ economies.</p>
