Episode #3 - Misvalued Sectors & Indirect Bitcoin Exposure

With markets reaching all-time highs this week & Bitcoin soaring through the roof, is there an opportunity to capitalize on both?  I think 2021 is going to prove to be a year of stellar returns, and there might be an additional to capitalize on sectors that underperformed in 2020.  With rates still at rock-bottom lows, Financials have been lagging the market, but I think there is hidden value in this sector!  So far, the NASDAQ Bank Index is up over 13% vs. the S&P 500's 4%. I am a big advocate for investing in ETFs, but that doesn't mean it has to be boring.  ETFs allow you mitigate company specific risk but still retain country, geographic, and/or sector risk which can greatly enhance returns.   Examples of Financial ETFs: VFH- Vanguard's Financial ETF that invests almost entirely in Financials with a variety of large, medium, and small cap financial companies.  Allocation breakdown: Large (65%), Medium (22%), Small (13%) IYF- iShare's Financial ETF that has an approximate exposure of 79% to Financials and 21% to Real Estate.  Similar size breakdown as the VFH ETF. XLF- State Street's Financial ETF that has 100% exposure to Financials and the following allocation breakdown: Large (81%), Medium (18%), Small (1%).
