Thanks to our mobile devices, it's getting harder to be alone with our thoughts, and even if we do, most of that time is spent on dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. One great way to emotionally balance ourselves would be to practice mindfulness and meditation. Despite the well-known benefits, it is hard to develop a consistent routine. What are the practical ways to go about it and for those of us who have tried and failed many times, how do we start afresh?
