Jana talks with Lisa Whisenant.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lisa is a Pelvic Health OT who is passionate about treating those patients suffering from pelvic pain and also loves serving the pregnant and postpartum population.</p> <p> </p> <p>She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a Minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University, and continued her education to achieve a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. She has completed post-professional training in pelvic health therapy, focusing on pregnancy, postpartum, and chronic pelvic pain. Her background practicing in multiple Occupational Therapy environments provides an innovative approach to therapy, extensive knowledge of self-care methods, and proficiency in mental health practices.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lisa found her passion for pelvic health after the birth of her daughter and her own diagnosis with Endometriosis.
