Episode 27: High School Fire Academies and Volunteerism

<p>This week's episode was again onsite at the NC NFA Weekend in Emmittsburg, MD. While there, we found one of our former high school fire academy recruits in the crowd and asked him to sit down and discuss the High School Fire Academy Program and his experiences. We finish the episode by talking about volunteerism and the difficulties of recruiting at a volunteer fire department.</p>
