Episode 21. Your Digital Reinvention

<p>"If you want to move on, you have to take risks so you have to be willing to take risk, you may go to a job where you don't know 100% what you're going to do but you go there or you look in a new field, going outside your comfort zone is the key to advancing your career." My good friend, Nahia Orduña kindly shared with me on Episode 21 of the Reframe & Reset Your Career podcast.</p> <p>Nahia is currently a Manager in the Solution Architecture area at one of the biggest technology companies in the world. She has over 15 years’ experience in International IT and Tech companies and has held different roles in the field from Network Engineer to Solution Director in three different countries. She speaks speak Spanish, Basque, English, German and Data!</p> <p>She is one of the leaders of the Women in Big Data organization, where she regularly engages, and shares thought leadership in forums to encourage and promote diversity in data careers. She won the Data Leader of the Year Europe 2019 Award at the Women in IT Summit awards.</p> <p>Nahia is a contributor to the World Economic Forum and Harvard Business Review, where she shares her thoughts about the Future of Work and Digital Skills.</p> <p>She has written a book, “Your Digital Reinvention”, which was published in 2020 to help people find their place in the digital workspace.
